On November 10-12, 2016 in St. Petersburg, the International Scientific Conference "Russian Sociological Society: History, Modernity, Place in the World Science" was held on the basis of the St. Petersburg State University. The conference was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Russian Sociological Society named after M.M. Kovalevsky.
