On October 10, a regular meeting of debating club at the Center “Nasledie” was held on the topic “Does society create sufficient conditions for personal development?” with the participation of teams of the Institute of Humanitarian Sciences of the Syktyvkar State University named after Pitirim Sorokin and the Komi Republican Academy of State Service and Administration.

We are pleased to announce the release of the next issue of the journal “Nasledie” no.1(24), 2024.

On September 17, the Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin held a quiz on the topic “Fabulous characters of K. Zhakov” for schoolchildren of the secondary school No.24 named after K. Zhakov.

The Center “Nasledie” announces the launch of a correspondence Republican contest of research works on the topic: “Russia and the Komi Region in the fate and writings of Pitirim Sorokin and other writers (on the 135^th anniversary of the birth of Pitirim Sorokin)”.

On August 31, as part of the book festival “Book Pearl–2024” in Ukhta, dedicated to the 95^th anniversary of the city and the Day of Workers of the Oil and Gas Industry, the Center “Nasledie” introduced residents and guests of the city to the works of Pitirim Sorokin.

For the Day of Knowledge, the expert of the Center “Nasledie, candidate of philosophy V.M. Terebikhin prepared an information collection “Pitirim Sorokin on the role of knowledge and education”.

For the Republic Day, the expert of the Center “Nasledie, candidate of philosophy V.M. Terebikhin prepared an information collection “Pitirim Sorokin about the Komi krai at the beginning of the XX century”.

On July 4, as part of the XIII Congress of the Komi People, the book exhibition of the Center “Nasledie” named after Pitirim Sorokin was held.

On June 12, within the framework of the book fair "Alaya Lenta", the Center “Nasledie” introduced the residents and guests of Syktyvkar to the works of Pitirim Sorokin.

On May16, the Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin held two lectures on the topic: “Biography of P. Sorokin: childhood and student years” for students of the secondary school no.36.
