On January 25, the Gymnasium named after A.S. Pushkin again invited the methodists of the Center “Nasledie”. The pupils of the 11th grade got acquainted with the biography of Pititirm Sorokin and his childhood, and the pupils of 9th grade studied in more detail the creative work of the scientist – his theory of social mobility.
At the first lesson, eleventh-graders discovered a lot of new things about the life of the Komi in the late XIX - early XX centuries - it was then that Pitirim Sorokin lived in the Komi region and kept many memories of it.
At the second lesson, ninth graders, already who got familiar with the childhood of the famous countrymen, proceeded to study his creative heritage – the theory of social mobility.
