The Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin announces the publication of the regular issue of the journal “Nasledie” No.2 (13) for 2018.
The journal gathered specialists who studied the heritage of P. Sorokin not only from Russia, but also abroad - the issue contains articles by scientists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yoshkar-Ola, Syktyvkar, Saransk, Arkhangelsk, Izhevsk, Riga (Latvia), Fishano (Italy).
The section “Sociocultural dynamics” examines the current socio-cultural problems of our time, including through the prism of the heritage of P.A. Sorokin. The journal reflects interesting facts from the biographies of prominent personalities from various fields of science and history. The new issue published extracts from the new book by the Italian scientist E. Mangone about Pitirim Sorokin “Social and Cultural Dynamics: Revisiting the Work of Pitirim A. Sorokin” in the translation of N.F. Zyuzev. The section “Memorable date” contains the article devoted to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the first rector of the Syktyvkar State University V.A. Vityazeva.
