On October 20, the first meeting of the debating club took place this academic year. The participants of which were students of the Humanitarian Institute of the Syktyvkar State University named after Pitirim Sorokin and the Komi republican academy of state service and administration. The topic of the meeting was chosen as always relevant and interesting “Does a leader create a history or does history put forward a leader? (to the 350th anniversary of the birth of Peter I)”.
