The researcher from St. Petersburg, Marina Lomonosova, published the article “The Russian contribution to world sociology: comprehension and actualization of the scientific heritage of P.A. Sorokin in the 21st century”, which is devoted to the scientific creative work of P.A. Sorokin, considered in the context of the development of modern sociological knowledge. The article reflects the main results of Russian studies of creative work of P. A. Sorokin, paid much attention to the contribution of the Republic of Komi to the work on the preservation and integration of the theoretical heritage of P.A. Sorokin.
