On December 11, in the conference hall of the Finno-Ugric Cultural Center of the Russian Federation, a regular meeting of the debating club at the Center “Nasledie” was held, dedicated to the prospects of youth in the Komi Republic. Students of the Syktyvkar State University - Yuschenko Marina and Kanyukova Vladislava defended the view that there are not enough prospects for young people in the Komi Republic. Their opponents – students of the Komi republican academy of state service and administration – Kutz Vladislav and Gerasimova Anastasia, argued that the republic has a large number of opportunities for self-realization in any field.

On November 28, 2014, the methodists of the Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin were invited to the secondary school № 16 to read the lecture on childhood and youth of Pitirim Sorokin.

On November 25, 2014, in the school № 24 the methodists of the State Budget Organization of the Republic of Komi “Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin” held a lecture about childhood and student years of Pitirim Sorokin for pupils of the 10^th grade.

On November 28, the Director of the State Budget Organization of the Republic of Komi “Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin” Olga Yuryevna Kuzivanova will take part in the program “Case from Practice” on the TV channel “Yurgan”, where she will give information on the Center's activity.

On October 24, 2014, the methodists of the Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin made a trip to the school of Kortkeros. Within the framework of the class hour, the methodists of the Center told the pupils of the 9^th class about the life and creative work of Pitirim Sorokin.

On October 16, in the conference hall of the Finno-Ugric Center of The Russian Federation, a regular meeting of the debating club at the Center “Nasledie” was held. The main debate was about whether such a law is needed or not. Both teams represented the Syktyvkar State University. The team of the Institute of Social Technologies, consisting of Balanesky Kirill and Veretelnikova Viktoria, defended the thesis that there was no need to adopt this bill. The team of the Institute of History and Law Remezov Pavel and Shved Saveliy, on the contrary, urged the relevance of this bill.

On October 11, 2014, at the invitation of the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Komi to the President of the Russian Federation, the Director of the Center “Nasledie” O.Y. Kuzivanova and the methodist A.M. Kanev took part in Local History Compatriotic Readings.
