On March 20, the leading methodist of the Center “Nasledie” E. Maiorova visited the Syktyvkar Forestry College again and held two lectures for first-year students: about the life of P. Sorokin during the period of emigration and about his well-known theory of social mobility.

On March 18, the leading methodist of the Center “Nasledie” E. Maiorova held two lectures for students of the Syktyvkar Forestry College, in which she spoke about the early period of the biography of the world-famous scientist and our countryman P.A. Sorokin.

On March 12, the leading methodist of the Center “Nasledie” named after P. Sorokin E. Maiorova visited the secondary school no. 8 with a lecture “From war to peace: the contribution of the Sorokin family to the victory over fascism”.

The Center “Nasledie”named after Pitirim Sorokin and the Institute of Humanitarian Sciences of the Syktyvkar State University named after Pitirim Sorokin announce the holding of the Republican Olympiad “The life and creative work of P. Sorokin (to the 135th anniversary of his birth)”.

On March 1, the deputy director of the Center “Nasledie” named after Pitirim Sorokin, E. Chipsanova held a lecture “The life and creative work of K. Zhakov for second year students of the Syktyvkar College of Commerce and Economics.

On the 135^th anniversary of the birth of P. Sorokin, the expert of the Center “Nasledie” named after Pitirim Sorokin, candidate of philosophy, V. M. Terebikhin prepared an information material “The scientific heritage of P. Sorokin in the values of the foreign and Russian scientists”.

On February 9, the director of the Center “Nasledie” named after Pitirim Sorokin O.Yu. Kuzivanova took part in the February readings which take place annually at the Syktyvkar State University named after Pitirim Sorokin.

On February 7, the Center “Nasledie” named after Pitirim Sorokin held two lessons for students of the Syktyvkar Polytechnic College dedicated to the life and creative work of P. Sorokin and K. Zhakov.

On February 4, P. Sorokin's birthday, the director of the Center “Nasledie” named after P. Sorokin O.Yu. Kuzivanova took part in a trip to P. Sorokin's small homeland, Turya, the Knyazhpogost district of the Komi Republic.
