In the last month of the year, our lecture about the role of Pitirim Sorokin in the revolution of 1917 gained unprecedented popularity. On the 27th of December, the methodist of the Center «Nasledie» after Pitirim Sorokin continued the series of lectures in the school № 27. She considered with the pupils of 9^th grade the Great October Revolution through the prism of the fate of the famous national of the Komi Region.

The Center «Nasledie» after Pitirim Sorokin presents to your attention a list of registered applications for participation in the absentee Republic contest of research works on the topic: «The Revolution of 1917 and the Civil War in the Komi Region in Faces and Fates».

On the 22^nd of December, the methodists of the Center «Nasledie» after Pitirim Sorokin visited the school № 27 with a lecture on the scientific heritage of the sociologist. Pupils of the 10th grade had to dive into one of the most famous theories of P. Sorokin, the theory of social mobility.

On the 21^st of December, the methodists of the Center «Nasledie» after Pitirim Sorokin again visited Gymnasium number 1. Again it was a question of the place and role of the Russian Revolution in biography of Pitirim Sorokin. This time the audience was pupils of 10th and 11th grades.

On the 19^th of December, the methodists of the Center «Nasledie» after Pitirim Sorokin continued a series of lectures at Gymnasium number 1. This time, pupils of 9th grades familiarized with the lecture on the topic: “Biography of Pitirim Sorokin: revolution”.

On the 5^th of December, the methodist of the Center «Nasledie» after Pitirim Sorokin conducted lecture for pupils of 8th and 9th grades of Gymnasium number 1 on the topic: “Biography of Pitirim Sorokin: childhood and studentship”.

On the 24^th of November, the methodists of the Center «Nasledie» after Pitirim Sorokin visited the school number 9 (Krasnozatonsky). They presented for pupils of 10th grades a new lecture “Fairy “Biarmiya” of Kallistrat Zhakov”, dedicated to one of the main works of the writer.

A regular meeting of the debating club at the Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin took place on the 23rd of November. The topic of debate was “Can the protection of the rights of believers lead to a split in society?”.

On the 15^th of November, the methodists of the Center «Nasledie» after Pitirim Sorokin conducted lectures for pupils of 9^th and 7^th grades of school number 38 on the topic: “Life and creative work of Kallistrat Zhakov”.

On the 10^th of November, the methodists of the Center «Nasledie» after Pitirim Sorokin conducted lectures for pupils of 10^th grade of school number 27 on topics: “Biography of Pitirim Sorokin: childhood and studentship” and “Pitirim Sorokin about war and revolution”.
