State budget organization of the Komi republic “Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin”.

On the 27^th of December, in Finno-Ugric Cultural Center of the Russian Federation were summed up the results of events of 2016 dedicated to the 150^th anniversary of the birth of Kallistrat Falaleevich Zhakov, the Komi scholar, writer, educator, public figure, creator of the original philosophical doctrine, which became known in Russia at the beginning of the XX century.

The Center “Nasledie” presents to your attention a list of registered applications for participation in the absentee Republican contest of research works dedicated to the 150^th anniversary of the birth of K. F. Zhakov.

On the 6^th of December, the methodists of the Center “Nasledie” held a lecture for pupils of the school № 9 (Krasnozatonsky).

On the 1^st of December, 2016, was held a regular meeting of the debating club at the Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin. The topic chosen for the discussion – “Social or cultural sphere: what should be the state's priority?” - concerned future spheres of activity of children from both teams.

On November 10-12, 2016 in St. Petersburg, the International Scientific Conference "Russian Sociological Society: History, Modernity, Place in the World Science" was held on the basis of the St. Petersburg State University. The conference was dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of the Russian Sociological Society named after M.M. Kovalevsky.

In the year of the 150^th anniversary of the birth of K. Zhakov, lectures devoted to the life and creative work of our famous compatriot are very popular.

On the third week of October, the Center “Nasledie” held the first lectures for schoolchildren, dedicated to K. Zhakov.

The Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin announces the release of the regular issue of the journal “Nasledie” №1 (8) 2016.

A regular meeting of the debating club at the Center “Nasledie” after Pitirim Sorokin took place on the 14^th of October, 2016. Students of the Komi republican academy of state service and administration Irina Komissarova and Ainura Mezhdunova and students of the Institute of Humanitarian Sciences of the Syktyvkar State University after Pitirim Sorokin Lev Pruglo and Julia Lobanova discussed the need to introduce a luxury tax in Russia.
